RIMANN develops and produces part-specific wash baskets in every design in terms of wire thickness, material, mesh size and surface treatment. We use stainless steel 1.4301 for wire and wire mesh. With many coating options such as Halar, Teflon, Rilsan, silicone and electropolishing, our solutions cover many applications for a wide range of industries.

The wire mesh solutions are manufactured in our wire basket factory as individual designs or in series. It goes without saying that we do everything we can to make our special solutions compatible with all standard wash baskets and containers. On request, we can also develop and manufacture special sizes directly for your production machines.
