The Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W 3D printer, the core of the Formlabs SLS ecosystem, is an inexpensive SLS 3D printer for industrial applications. The Formlabs Fuse Sift and Formlabs Fuse Blast represent the post-processing stations of the SLS ecosystem. The Formlabs Fuse Sift handles powder management, including recovery, mixing and storage. The first step in the Fuse Sift process is to remove the powder cake to initiate the subsequent steps. The Formlabs Fuse Blast is responsible for detailed removal of powder residues and polishing of the parts.
