A large part of the business activity of the company WT consists in the revision of screwed plate heat exchangers.

This includes cleaning the plates, resealing the heat exchangers and assembling them on site.

For this purpose, the necessary material is brought to the location of the heat exchanger to be revised in the company’s own truck.

First the heat exchanger is screwed apart. A lot of dirt has accumulated on the plates inside the exchanger over time. The dirty plates are therefore removed and replaced by clean ones.
With the help of an assembly press, a large plate heat exchanger can be easily pulled apart and screwed tightly together by a single employee. This process proves to be very cost-effective for the customer.

The dirty panels are removed and brought back to WT, where they are cleaned, resealed and prepared for further use.
