We make existing machines and plants smart and transfer them into the age of predictive maintenance.

Today, we know two main types of maintenance:

Proactive maintenance: with costly measurements by human hands, we wait so early that no damage can occur with certainty.
Reactive maintenance: We wait too late, the damage has already occurred.
Digitization, the IoT, and unlimited storage space in the clouds are opening up opportunities for condition-based maintenance. Our focus is on the existing machines and systems that are expected to continue producing for a while. We create a concept with which sensor technology the key components that can lead to unplanned failure are equipped and recorded. The data is analyzed in a cloud by algorithms, evaluated and a forecast of the wear development is created. The monitoring can be monitored by the maintenance specialist in our Operation Center and the necessary maintenance and service work can be initiated. In addition, he can support inexperienced maintenance personnel in carrying out the work.

With this service package, we are not only supporting the industry in its transition to digitalization, but also counteracting the shortage of skilled workers in the maintenance sector.
