Your tasks:
Acquisition and technical support of new and existing customers to build long-term customer relationships
Development and preparation of concepts, calculations and offers including price negotiations
Analyzing customer requirements and developing customer-specific solutions as part of a team
Development of a results and sales-oriented sales strategy
Cooperation with marketing and development
Observation of market developments and continuous market research
Benchmarking & introduction and maintenance of a CRM system
What does not fall under sales for us:
Traveling to customers with our own products and presenting them there
Your qualifications:
Technical vocational training with further training as a master craftsman or technician // Completed technical studies e.g. mechanical engineering, or similar // Sales engineer // technical sales // a similar qualification.
Professional experience in sales of special machines would be desirable
Strong communication skills and assertiveness, including a pronounced entrepreneurial approach
Confident knowledge of German and English
