Sales Engineer (M/F/D) wanted

We are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) for Switzerland to sell our products and services. Our products need to be explained, but that's what makes them so appealing, and of course we'll familiarize you with them extensively. You will then take care of acquiring new customers and looking after existing customers. We support you for more in-depth technical discussions with colleagues from the training and service departments. We offer you a future-oriented job with development opportunities in a small company with flat hierarchies. You have your workplace at our location in Flamatt or in your home office. A varied and exciting task awaits you with the opportunity to constantly develop and contribute your own ideas. Field of activity
• Management of leads throughout the entire customer acquisition process
• Active contact with interested parties and potential customers
• Participation in events (trade fairs, webinars, …)
• Support in the preparation and implementation of face-to-face or online events
• Support for existing customers to maintain and expand the business
your qualification
• Completed technician training or engineering studies
• Knowledge of automation technology (ideally HMI/SCADA)
• Ideally, experience in selling products that require explanation
• A customer and sales-oriented way of working
• Safe handling of social media platforms (LinkedIn/Xing/…)
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and persuasiveness
• Organizational skills, strong team skills and a structured way of working
• Confident use of German and French, if possible, both verbally and in writing
