Area of responsibility:
– Technical contact for the customer support process in presales
– Recording customer requirements, adjusting system settings, preparing test devices
– Define, observe and analyze test sequences
– Technical task processing in complaint management
– Market observation – competitive devices
– Systematic recording of field test feedback and passing on the core requirements to product management
– Collection and sharing of ideas and innovations
– Documentation of customer requirements and definition of product specifications
Qualifications
– You have completed technical vocational training with appropriate additional qualifications or professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, automation, PLC programming in accordance with IEC61131-3
– Knowledge of machine safety and safety standards
– Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
– Independent, responsible, careful and quality-conscious way of working
– Good knowledge of German and English
