Responsibilities:
– Represent FACTORY SOFTWARE SA regionally to our existing customers and potential customers.
– Increase Factory Software SA’s sales in the entrusted region by acquiring new and existing customers.
– Promote the products to industrial customers and integrators through direct telephone contact and presentations / demonstrations with arguments.
– Acquire and follow up potential or existing customers, prepare price offers and argue them in order to close projects.
– Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and summarize the information collected from customers and integrators (market situation, product development needs, competitor activities, etc.).
– Participate in commercial and technical negotiations, ensure smooth order processing and invoice collection.
– Actively participate in exhibitions in Switzerland such as exhibitions, “roadshow” technical lunches, “partner” days.
Geographically covered areas:
– 25xx: Biel – Grenchen
– 3xxx – Bern
– 4xxx – Basel region
– 5xxx (Aarau & region)
Profile:
– Technical training related to industrial IT.
– Technical knowledge of the world of industrial production and infrastructure.
– Committed to their task – “society”-oriented.
– Independent, with a strong sense of organization, knows how to set priorities.
– Speaks: perfect German – English (good knowledge of spoken and written) – French (good knowledge). Swiss German is a plus.
– You feel comfortable in customer contact, are good at listening and summarizing needs.
– Lively, communicative.
