What does the job look like?
✔️Management of a production area consisting of a team of 30 employees and 28 production lines (automatic assembly)
✔️Supporting employees in achieving their goals and developing their skills
✔️Ensuring the functionality and availability of the sector’s machines in order to achieve production goals while respecting quality, quantity and deadlines.
✔️Initiating and managing various projects to develop the sector
✔️Proposing and implementing concrete measures to increase productivity

What do we expect from you?
✔️EFZ in the technical field, supplemented by further training (federal professional certificate, technician HF or other)
✔️Proven experience in employee management in an industrial environment
✔️French-speaking with solid German or English skills (B2)
✔️Very good skills in the areas of mechanics, automation and pneumatics, ideally supplemented by knowledge of assembly processes
✔️Solution-oriented, flexible personality with good team spirit
