Your tasks:
Contact person for the area of series products
Acquisition of new customers for whom we can manufacture series products
Supporting existing customers for whom we already produce series products
Close cooperation with all related departments
Advising customers, preparing quotations and conducting negotiations
Supporting and representing the Production & Special Machines sales departments
Recognizing and tapping new potential based on our own market analyses and observation of the competition
Defining and implementing the sales strategy, including focusing on strategic industry segments
Initiating projects and positioning strategic products and solutions
What does not fall under sales for us:
Traveling to customers with our own products and presenting them there
Your qualifications:
Completed technical training // buyer with experience in mechanical engineering // technical buyer // a similar qualification
Several years of professional experience in purchasing or sales
Sales experience in the field of special machines and automation is an advantage
Strong communication, argumentation and negotiation skills including a pronounced entrepreneurial approach
an existing network in the field of mechanical engineering would be desirable, but is not a must
Very good written and spoken German and English
