What are the requirements?

As soon as you touch an exhibitor’s reader at the trade fair stand with your smart badge, you collect information digitally. At the end of your day of visiting, you will receive an email from Easyfairs. This contains your trade fair summary: a list of all exhibitors whose reader you have touched. You can now easily access all the data that these exhibitors have uploaded to their online profile using individual links.
By touching the reader, you simultaneously inform the exhibitor in question that you are interested in their products and that they may contact you. So there is a digital exchange of business cards.

You avoid costs and conserve resources

Simply provide your contact details when registering as a visitor. Please pay particular attention to entering your email address correctly. This is a basic requirement so that we can send you detailed information about “your” exhibitors at the end of the trade fair day.

What are your advantages?

With the help of your smart badge you can easily and digitally collect information from all exhibitors. You get access to product descriptions, images, videos and even job offers. There is no need to collect countless brochures and catalogs. You can then share all information digitally with colleagues.
In the past, if an exhibitor was not at the trade fair stand or busy with another visitor, you had to go by again. Thanks to Smart Badge technology, you can now obtain information directly from the exhibitor – simply by touching the reader.
At the end of your day at the trade fair you will receive an email from Easyfairs. This contains a list of all the exhibitors where you have touched the reader. This means you automatically have a complete summary of your day at the trade fair – including all detailed information about each exhibitor.

What happens to your data?

Easyfairs will not pass on the personal data you provide when registering. We only use this to inform you about current and, if applicable, future events.
This data will only be transmitted to exhibitors if you touch the exhibitor’s reader with your visitor badge or have registered via an invitation code or link from an exhibitor. This signals to us and the exhibitor that you are interested in the exhibitor receiving your data for contact purposes. If you do not wish this, we ask that you do not touch any reader with your ID or use one of the opt-out options afterwards.
